'Be under no illusion this is one of the greatest battlegrounds of the future'

Richard Tice takes aim at politicians imposing net zero targets on ordinary, hard-working Britons in the country's favourite Sunday Sermon.

In his first weekly address to GB News viewers, Richard warns the "obsession with net zero" is one of the two biggest challenges facing the UK right now.

And he argues that the fight to come on climate change will be a fight against climate "religion".

He explains: "Be under no illusion this is one of the greatest battlegrounds of the future. If you think Brexit was a big background, was brutal, was tough, I know it was.

"But Brexit was an emotive thing. It was in the heart. It was an issue of patriotism, of belief in us as a sovereign nation.

"Net Zero is completely different. It's a religion."

He warns climate activists are turning their cause "into a cult".
